Movecheck reads the messages in your screenshots and maps your words to a human-designed library of 28 interpersonal moves. The moves sit in four energies: seeking, distancing, shifting, and directing. A result shows the moves it found, the pattern they create, and grounded alternatives where they fit.

A general-purpose AI chat can discuss a pasted transcript. Movecheck is the purpose-built route when you want the Movecheck framework applied to your actual conversation: it accepts screenshots, identifies only your moves, links them to the same public 28-move library, and presents the result as a private reveal. Read when AI is useful for a relationship conversation—and where it is not.

The tools are not interchangeable. Movecheck does not diagnose either person, decide who is right, or replace a therapist. It names patterns in one conversation so you can see what you did more clearly.

Screenshots are processed to create your result. Movecheck only names your moves; it does not label, diagnose, or quote the other person in the result. Contact details are stripped, screenshots are deleted within an hour, and the private result expires after 14 days.
